A Walk For M.E

A Walk for M.E. – 24-Hour Walk in Egypt at MBIS

On Thursday, April 3rd, I will be taking on a 24-hour continuous walk from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM around my school’s athletics track. This challenge is another opportunity to honor my brother, Josh, who battled severe ME/CFS before he passed away last August. By walking, I hope to raise awareness, funds, and support for those still fighting this devastating condition.

The MBIS community has been incredible, and I’m so grateful that the school council has chosen this as one of their supported charities. This challenge will push me to my limits—the exhaustion, aching legs, and the mental battle of walking in circles for 24 hours will all test me. But every step I take is for Josh and for the thousands of others who suffer in silence.

I would love for you to be part of this challenge! Whether by walking alongside me, cheering from the sidelines, or simply helping to spread awareness, your support will mean the world. Together, we can make a difference and ensure that more people understand the reality of ME/CFS.

Let’s take on this challenge together. Let’s honor Josh. Let’s GET AFTER IT. 💙
